SUBSCRIPTION TERMS


1. Free trial

We may offer a free trial subscription for service. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for the chosen subscription plan..

2. Subscription

The subscription is set for annual renewal until you cancel.

3. Payment method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you submit.

4. Cancellation

If you signed up for Adaptiv Premium with different expectations, you can request cancellation by sending us an email at hello@adaptiv.me.

Canceling your subscription means that you will lose access to all premium features under your chosen plan (tailor-made courses, certifications, access to mentoring, etc). We will not consider cancellation requests under the following conditions:
  • if more than 35% of the courses in your career recipe have been completed
  • a certificate of course completion has been issued by Adaptiv
  • a mentoring session has been scheduled with an expert from the industry.

Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled free trial on App Store/Google Play: You can cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning-off auto-renewal through your account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period. Only you can manage your subscriptions. You can learn more about managing subscriptions (and how to cancel them) on Apple/Google support page.

5.Changing Plans

If you want to upgrade / downgrade your subscription plan, you can send us an email at hello@adaptiv.me. Our team will get in touch within 48 hours to find the best solution for you.

Please note, that if you downgrade your plan, you will lose access to the Premium features in your chosen plan. For more details about the different plans, please visit the Pricing Policy page.

6.Refunds

If you signed up for Adaptiv Premium with different expectations, and want a refund, you can send us an email on hello@adaptiv.me. We will process your refund request within 30 days.

Please note that any refunds will immediately have an impact on your access to Premium features under your chosen plan (tailor-made courses, certifications, access to mentoring, etc). We will not consider refund requests under the following conditions:
  • if more than 35% of the courses in your career recipe have been completed,
  • a certificate of course completion has been issued by Adaptiv
  • a mentoring session has been scheduled with an expert from the industry
